1994 GMC 3500 4x4

$3,000 $2,500 *SOLD*

1994 GMC
1-Ton (3500 series)
454 cid (7.4 L)
4x4 (Dually rear wheels)
Automatic Trans (4L80-E shift kit and built by Fort Dodge manufacture)
Western 7.5" snowplow (push button hand held controller)
8" wide x 9.5" long Flatbed

Wooden sides installed using the stake pockets and metal support bars. Panels can be easily removed. Rear door can be lifted off as well. Rear door is able to be locked using 4 points that align with a metal bracket. There are pod lights on the door that are 12v. I was installing them and was going to use a wire to run a switch to the parking lights so I would have lights in the boxed area. The pods are for rock crawling trucks and are usually mounted under trucks and are bright. They stay on the door.

Bed has tool boxes under the bed. The locks need to be replaced on them.

The pics labeled "before" show how the bed looked before the sides were installed. I cut the upper rear bar to put the swinging door. I put 4'x10' wood panels for walls attached to 2x4's in the stake pockets. I used some metal extensions to go above the black metal rails so the walls would be at the 4' height. The length was trimmed slightly to about 9.5 feet long for the panels. The tool boxes in the pics were removed years ago, and are for sale separately along with a bunch of items I will be selling at auction.

Front window has cracks. It has been this way for about 10 years.

Needs brake lines replaced/patched. (Ruptured front and rear line.)

The front line ruptured near the firewall. In pic is an arrow/circle showing the area the rupture accrued. The rear line ruptured under the bed area. I put a plug in the extension fitting (line running to the rear axle had  fitting to extend the line length)

The random stuff in the cab will be removed. The screen mounted on the dash will be removed. (was used with a rear camera)The aftermarket electric horn/speaker (mounted by the plow pump)will be removed as well as the horn control box in the cab.

Odometer shows 200,462 miles. I do not know if that is correct. The transmission is a built unit with shift kit so the trans is not original. It shifts very firm like a muscle car. I am assuming the motor is original, but I do not know for sure.

Selling it as-is.
